Team TFS 18u Head Coach/Manager: Robert Powell Coach: Nathan Russell Coach Robert Powell is currently the athletic Director and Head Coach 18u and has been involved with fastpitch for the last 10 years. He has been coaching for over 5 of those years and his resume includes school ball, Junior Olympic softball, and NCAA Division I softball as well. He is an instructor for The Fastpitch School which endorses Team TFS Inc. Team TFS 16u Head Coach/Manager: Ellie Allen | Coach Ellie Allen is the head coach of the 16u team for Team TFS Inc. He is a General Manager and Construction Engineer for a grading and paving company. He currently resides in Creedmoor, NC and is married and has two children. He has been involved with sports most of his entire life. He competed in football, basketball, baseball, and track in his student-athlete days. He has been involved with softball, basketball, and baseball since 1974. His coaching tenure of baseball and softball started in depth in 1999 and has continued to the present. Team TFS 14u Head Coach/Manager: Nathan Russell | Coach Bio: Coach Nate is the head coach of the 14u team of Team TFS. A graduate of North Carolina Satate University, he is currently employed at Duke University. Team TFS 12u Head Coach/Manager: Mike Stigall | Coach Bio: Coach Mike Stigall is the head coach of the 12u team of Team TFS. He currently is a self employed contract RF engineer. He lives in Advance, North Carolina, and he is married and has two children. His passion for sports started early in life as a student athlete in football, basketball, and baseball and he has been involved in coaching since 1986 with all three sports.
